Solene Interlocking Glass Chandelier

There's a moment in a room at about seven in the evening when the daylight has gone but nobody has closed the curtains yet. Solene was built for that moment. The interlocking glass chandelier hangs as a column of hooked links — dozens of them, each one caught through the next like chain mail — and the colour changes as your eye travels down. Clear at the shoulder. Then a shift. Then, at the last two rows, a warm honey amber glass that reads like light left on the wall after sunset.

The construction is the reason it works. Every link is a separate piece of textured glass, hooked individually onto a brushed nickel frame, so the whole surface breaks and overlaps instead of hanging flat. Light from inside can't leave in a straight line — it goes through one link, catches the edge of the next, and comes out scattered. That's why a linked glass chandelier made of clear and amber glass gives you a soft column of warmth rather than a hot spot, even with the bulb sitting in the middle of it.
