Refund policy

Ask for a return or refund within 14 days of delivery by emailing dvdelze@gmail.com with your order number.

Handmade and made-to-order pieces may be final sale. Damaged or wrong items: send photos and we will work with the maker on a replacement or refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after the maker confirms. Shipping is often not refundable unless the maker sent the wrong or broken piece.
