Unwanted Items:

• You can return unwanted items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the original
shipping cost.
• Items must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging.
• You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
• Once the return has been received and inspected we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged Items:

• Report any damaged items within 3 days of delivery.
• Include a photo of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box for our claim process.
• Once the damage has been inspected we will replace the item or issue a full refund (including the original shipping cost).

Incorrect Addresses:

• You are responsible for covering return shipping costs if an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you.
