All our end grain boards come with rubber feet installed, offering several advantages: they absorb shocks during chopping, keep the board stable, provide a better grip for moving, and promote air circulation to keep the underside dry. The feet elevate the board, preventing moisture buildup that can lead to warping.
Our boards are fully reversible, even with the feet attached, so there's no need to request their removal for that reason.
If you prefer, we can remove the feet upon request. However, about 5% of our customers choose this option, and it accounts for 95% of our warping issues.
